He is currently an active asset manager responsible for a portfolio of six facilities and a total volume of around 74 million euros.
Mario Liebermann is also responsible for the integration of Care Real into the Tectareal group.

Over the last ten years, she has been responsible for tackling expansion, setting up transfers of undertakings in accordance with §613a of the German Civil Code (BGB) and looming insolvency as well as managing existing facilities for a private operator of elderly and care facilities - with a revenue of 78 million euros per annum.
Born in 1948, Detlef Duchatsch has been an independent business consultant for 30 years. He was the managing director of various construction and consulting companies for many years. For over 20 years, his focus has been on social facilities, whereby location analyses, operational concepts and tenancy concepts are developed and created for interested parties. He has developed and established many multi-faceted residential projects for the elderly on the market.
Born in 1959, Dieter Weiß is a mechanical engineer and spent 17 years with the consultancy firm Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he was a partner responsible for construction, facilities construction and property on an international level. As of 2007, he is one of three shareholders and board members of the infrastructure group vincitag AG and is responsible for the power sector. He is also the managing director of the NRGgroup.
Till Duchatsch, born in 1974, is married and has two daughters. He studied Business Administration in Göttingen, focussing on Marketing and Business Management. Since 2002, he has been an executive at the Geritas consulting firm, which specialises in social facilities. His skills lie in strategic marketing and the positioning of providers on national and regional markets.
Born in 1965, Michael Wulf has been a building engineer in project management for 25 years. 20 of these years were in the fields of maintenance, set-up and renovation of existing properties, as well as being an expert in building damage for ten years, and a technical advisor for a care home portfolio of six facilities since 2007.
Born in 1983, Nathalie Kinder has been involved in the healthcare industry for twelve years, ten of which were spent with a private operator of elderly and care home facilities. She ranked high in the area of company expansion for four years before moving onto personnel management overseeing 22 operational facilities with approximately 1,700 employees and a personnel cost volume of around 38 million euros per annum.
